Navigation: Projects → Resource Timeline

Resource Timeline visualizes Resources assignments to Projects and Activities in a calendar view.

1. Colors of the Projects and Activitites bars reflects their statuses. Colors assigned to particular statuses can be changed in section Settings -> Dictionary . Ability to collect by which category to show records: Revenue category or Activity status.

2. There is a possibility to change a view range by defining what period should be shown (month, quater or year) and a timescale used in a calendar (1 day, 2 days, 3 days and a 1 week).

3.  – opportunity to display by selected resources.

4.  – used to create a new workgroup and select which workgroups to show in the form.

5.  – used to add work resources to the activity.

6.  – clicking on the Edit function allows you to edit an activity or project record. Double-clicking on a record allows you to adjust a resource record.
